DIRECTIONS:

• Add 1 level scoop (enclosed) Knox NutraJoint to 8 fluid ounces of your favorite beverage, like fruit juice or coffee. (Not recommended for carbonated beverages. )
• Stir until dissolved. Prepare one serving at a time just before drinking.
